The Elder Journey

The following pages will explore the developmental model called, The Elder Journey. It was created by a team of Elders of The Mankind Project led by Ken Kuffner in 2004 and 2005.

The Elder Journey will be presented in its entirety, and in the supplemental material there is information that explains how the Elder Journey was created.

It is a seven-stage developmental model that informs and challenges Elder Men who want to become more aware of the changes that are taking place in their minds, bodies, and Spirit. If internalized, it can be a touchstone, a place of safety and wisdom to navigate the final years of a lifetime.
